    One-Time non-refundable Pet fee of $300 per pet
    Monthly Pet Rent of $50 per pet

    Rabbits, Hamsters, Birds, Reptiles, Turtles, and Fish are permitted. Fish tanks must not exceed 20 gallons.
    $150 Non-refundable pet fee for fish and all other approved aquarium/cage pets.

    Exotic animals are included in the 2 PET MAXIMUM
